About this property
Casa Ha A Soulful 7Br Home w Rooftop, Condesa
Summary:
The name Há means water in Maya: a symbol of flow, renewal, serenity, and life. Casa Há carries that spirit in every detail—warm, personal, and full of soul.
The house offers a comfortable rooftop with cozy seating: a sanctuary above the neighborhood.
Our kitchen is at the heart of it all—stocked with many of our own things, it feels more like being invited into a home than staying in an vacation rental. Casa Há is a sanctuary to enjoy, respect, and care for.
The Space:
🏡 The Home
Step into a soaring living room with triple-height ceilings and an art wall curated with works and objects collected over years of exploration. The spaces are warm yet contemporary, with textures that move from polished stone to woven fibers, terracotta tones, and greenery.
The kitchen is the heart of the house—equipped with high-end appliances, it feels lived-in and loved. You’ll find Oaxacan pottery, glasses from Valle de Bravo, dishware from San Miguel de Allende, and spices and artifacts that make cooking here a sensory experience.
Up above, the rooftop sanctuary offers a lounge, dining table, and grill: perfect for gatherings under Mexico City’s sky, whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a starry night.
🛌 Bedrooms
Seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms, all with A/C:
Master suite: King bed, crib, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom
Second suite: King bed, closet, en-suite bathroom
Third suite: Queen bed, closet, en-suite bathroom
Fourth suite: Full bed, closet, en-suite bathroom
Fifth bedroom: King bed, wardrobe
Sixth bedroom: Queen bed, wardrobe
Seventh bedroom: Queen bed, wardrobe, terrace
Additional full bathroom and half bathroom
Each room blends comfort with character—neutral palettes accented with rugs from Morocco and India, handmade objects from Bali, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Japan, and beyond.
🌿 For Our Guests
Casa Há is a home with soul. You’ll find books, music, and personal touches that make it feel alive. This is not a standard rental—it’s a sanctuary. We ask that guests enjoy it with the same care and respect with which it was created.
📍 Location
Located in Condesa, just one block from a supermarket, Casa Há is surrounded by the neighborhood’s cafés, galleries, and tree-lined streets—perfect for travelers who love art, design, and culture.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, including all common areas and the rooftop.
Other Things to Note:
* Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
* Air conditioning in the 7 bedrooms of the house is currently not working as we are waiting for some paperwork from the electricity company.
* CDMX has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
* We provide one towel per person per stay, we have washing and drying machines if you feel the need to wash them.
* Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available for anything you may need during your stay.
