Once you book your paradise, our professional management company will contact you to ensure that your vacation expectations are exceeded. They are a locally owned firm that knows our house and Hilton Head extremely well and located just 10 minutes from Perfect 10...they are available before and throughout your stay.
Because we completed this house in 2019, before construction costs and interest rates increased significantly, we are able to offer favorable rates to our valued guests. We offer one of the nicest and most in demand luxury rental home experiences available, yet our prices are comparable to less desirable homes.
We take great pleasure in providing wonderful lifelong memories for our guests, many of whom have stayed with us every year since 2019. Personalized concierge services are also available for our guests. Vacation planning can be very time consuming. We often receive inquiries from guests about special occasions, restaurants, catering services, nearby activities and excursions, transportation, and the like. We provide our guests with an extensive Welcome Letter that we update regularly with our personal suggestions, but this concierge service, as well as our terrific management company, are available to meet your every need.

We invite comparison to other luxury homes in Hilton Head...because there is no comparison; read our guest reviews and you will agree. Because our lot is twice the size of most other oceanfront lots, the house is not crammed in with other houses, we have a massive outdoor designer pool and deck area, a large front and rear yard for recreation, gorgeous landscaping in the front, rear, and side yards, and a 6' privacy fence on the side yards. Driveway parking for 5 cars and a huge finished garage for up to 4 cars (and an EV charger) . New for 2024...a gorgous garage floor by Innovative Coatings and a finished garage, including a restroom at pool level! And new for 2025, our Great Room has been enhanced with many exquisite Arhaus furnishings.
Our house is on a very private street with only 8 other homes and secured private beach access. The closest public beach access is several blocks away, insuring privacy and uncrowded beaches. Add a giant designer pool and saltwater spa, as well a private boardwalk with access to the sparsely populated beach and the recipe for an amazing vacation is complete.

As you can see from the photos, our magnificent house has 8 bedrooms, each with its own luxurious and individually designed full bathroom. A cool large bunk room/playroom with cupola and four built-in bunk beds is a big hit with the kids. The large office on the first floor doubles as a bedroom with a memory foam queen sofa bed and a full bath. The huge media room on the second floor has a 65" LG OLED Smart TV and a Sonos Arc surround sound system. It also sleeps up to four. Each floor has its own laundry room and there is a convenient kitchenette on the second floor. The first floor includes a massive designer kitchen and eating bar, a large dining area and a sensational Great Room with a wall of curved windows providing incredible ocean views. There is also a wet bar with separate refrigerator and ice maker freezer drawers.
Features and amenities are top end. Jenn-Air (i) Microwave/Wall Oven with Speed Cook Convection System, (ii) Electric Downdraft Cooktop w/ Glass-Touch Electronic Controls, (iii) 69” French Doors Refrigerator, plus two Refrigerator/Freezer Drawers with ice maker in wet bar area & Double Refrigerator Drawers in the kitchen and (iv) two Bosch 800 Series dishwashers in the kitchen. Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, Breville coffee maker OXO burr coffee grinder, 2 Keurig coffee machines, Vitamix professional blender and Kenwood stand mixer.
Samsung washer/dryers in laundry rooms on both the 1st & 2nd floors. Imported Italian porcelain tile on the pool deck and beautiful tile floor on the 2nd and 3rd level decks. Families love the massive 14 X 50 beach entry pool and the 7-person Hot Springs saltwater luxury spa.
Awaiting outside is a expansive covered terrace, as well as a separate outdoor dining area (with one of the 11 TVs in the house!). The terrace is accessible from the Great Room and dining room, as well as the two king bedrooms on that level. A fabulous Bull Luxury Q Outdoor Island kitchen with an Angus stainless steel grill, refrigerator, umbrella, and bar seating. On the upper level is another large terrace with fabulous ocean views, accessible from four of the bedrooms, as well as a furnished/covered sitting area accessible from the Media Room.
Great WiFi access is provided by the Orbi mesh network. The HVAC system have 7 zones, with 7 Nest thermostats to allow each guest to optimize their personal comfort. A Ring system provides professionally monitored smoke and Co2 detection. Exterior surveillance cameras for guest privacy.
From April-September, we provide a daily beach chair and umbrella service and 6 bike rentals for all guests for $775/week. This charge will added after booking. The beach service sets up 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs each day and 6 well-maintained adult cruiser bikes will be there upon your arrival. Spa heat is included. Pool heat is available, upon request, for $625-$775/week. Concierge charges are optional. Please inquiry if you desire these services.
At booking, the tax is added, along with VRBO and housekeeping fees & beach chair/umbrella rentals (in season). Since weather, health, employment, family, and similar issues may arise from time to time, we encourage guests to consider trip insurance (also, check with your credit card company because they may include this coverage at no charge). Note also that the minimum stay is 7 days (4 days November-March) and check-ins and check-outs are generally on Saturday only. If your plans change and we rebook your week, you will get a refund.
