Welcome to 16 Sea Oak Lane, a gorgeous 2 story oceanfront home located in South Forest Beach!

This home is situated on over an acre of paradise on the island featuring a private boardwalk to the beach with unbelievable views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large private pool and kiddie pool where you can relax and enjoy the South Carolina sun. The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional cost. The outdoor deck and pool area is fantastic for relaxing or entertaining with plenty of seating - a table and six chairs plus four lounge chairs.

Inside this beautifully decorated, coastal themed home are two separate sitting areas, 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths. On the ground level you first notice the glass blocked wall overlooking the pool to your left. When you enter the palm tree etched double doors you find the game room with a foosball table, high top table with six seats, a gray leather couch, a 42” mounted TV and a bar area with sink and mini fridge. To the right is a great kid’s room brightly decorated with two bunk beds twin over full, two accent chairs and a round table with four chairs and no TV. There is a small bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. From this room there are sliding glass doors opening up to the backyard and covered patio where there is a waterfall behind a lattice cover that leads to a very tranquil, relaxed setting.

Back inside to the left of the game room is another bedroom with a king bed, an accent chair and 42” TV. The en-suite has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. There is also a bathroom in the hall with a single vanity and shower only.

Up the beautiful wood and glass staircase is the main living area offering ocean views from the massive wall of windows - the view is breath taking! The living area is warm and inviting and there is plenty of seating with two blue couches and two accent chairs, a beautiful fireplace, and a 55” flat screen TV. There is also a round table with seating for four. You have access to the outside deck through the sliding glass doors that lead you to the hot tub, a table with six seats and four rocking chairs.

The well equipped kitchen is open to the living area and large dining area. You will find an additional five seats at the breakfast bar - perfect for friends and family while entertaining on vacation. There is a bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker, stainless steel appliances including a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator/freezer and a glass top stove and another island with two stools. The dining area is spacious with a large round glass table with seating for ten guests. You will also find a small desk you can use to catch up on your emails or write out your postcards on.

On this level is a master bedroom with a king bed, mint green décor and a beautiful beach wood accent wall. The en-suite offers a single vanity and walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is another master bedroom with king bed, beach wood accent wall, 44” TV. The en-suite has double vanities, large jetted garden tub, large walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. This room has a large sitting area with a gray leather lounge chair and leather love seat. The sliding glass door leads to a covered porch overlooking the backyard and views of the ocean. There is a bench seat, two chairs and a small round table painted with sea shells. To help you catch views of the stars or even dolphins playing in the ocean, there is a Celestron Tri-fold stand with a SkyMaster 20x80 set of binoculars.

Another kid’s bedroom can be found on this floor with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and no TV. Next to this room is a guest room with queen bed and 32” TV. There is a shared bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.
