Cozy Comfort Living - A Home Away From Home

Welcome to our special place across the street from Bethpage State Park, NY.
My apartment or guest suite offers natural light illuminating a living area-kitchen area with a one bedroom and a closet.

Our backyard is a large green open space with a cozy firepit surrounded by chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.

Just a stroll away, you'll find everything you need such as restaurants and playgrounds! Whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure, it offers a delightful and warm sense of home.

The space:
This location is a 2nd floor private property. Guests would stay in their own Guest Suite on the leveled floor with separate entrance in backyard.

Guest access:
You can access the backyard at times host does not have a private event (not completely fenced in) fire pit, driveway and your very own guest suite below our lovely abide.

(Please be advised it is connected to our home and day to day sounds maybe heard, though once we have a guest it is our number one pleasure to make the guest feel comfortable and at ease including noise control from our end).

Other things to note:

* For the safety of our family based community; all adult guests should provide a government-issued photo ID the same day of booking a stay through chat.

We stayed in the sweetest space. This host has two spaces on their property. We had originally booked the other space but due to some remodeling, it was not ready for us. The hosts made every effort to make our trip as worry-free as possible, opening the other room to us and allowing us to check in early. Fresh locally made bread and sweet treats were left for us and fully enjoyed! The bed was comfortable and the amenities thoughtful and useful. We had everything we needed and more and the atmosphere allowed us to fully relax. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond. This is a wonderful location for anyone staying in the area for Hofstra University events. I wish we had found it sooner.

Owners were so kind and accomodating! Very responsive and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to provide assistance to my 89 year old Uncle, including providing a grip bar for the shower, and placing plywood down on their grass to facilitate moving him in a wheelchair . The apartment was super clean, backyard was beautiful. Africa ana and Yudy are the kindest owners we have ever met!
