Villa Kelly with amazing view

This villa is situated some 5-8 minutes from the Center of the Opatija and waterfront. Located in quite and safe community of Bregi. Surrounded by the stunning blue Adria and rolling hills, beautiful Villa Kelly offers an excellent base to soak up the warm Mediterranean atmosphere and explore this part of Croatian coast. Our idea was to build villa that will allow group of friends with family’s to take vacation together and share their time and experience.But at the same time arrangements with bedrooms separated through the 4 floors(one is closed) will allow you family privacy when required. The location of the villa makes it possible to be near the city but also enjoy a wonderful family vacation and most of all, a truly stunning view. The villa´s garden with an inviting heating infinity pool and high quality sun loungers leaves an excellent first impression. With a total of 9 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 18 persons.
The top floor is a design as penthouse spread over two levels with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen
and dining area, a study room, and direct access to private roof-top terrace with amazing view.
The second floor is closed and not available for use.
On the third floor is kitchen with three bedrooms, one on suite bathroom and one large bathroom, providing intimacy .
On the lower ground floor, which has a direct exit to the pool, you will find 2 bedrooms, sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge where you can spend time with your friends and family. Here you will also find one of the bathrooms

Our property is baby/kids friendly. They have is own interior and exterior entertainment space.
Villa Kelly is being decorated with a lot of care and attention for details in order to make your vacation as beautiful as possible. Words can hardly describe how amazing this villa is, but we are sure that choosing this property will leave you speechless.

With a total of 9 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 18 persons. On the lower ground floor, which has a direct exit to the pool, you will find a gym equipped with different fitness machines, a sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge where you can spend time with your friends and family.
