About this property

EAGLE CREST CHALET - ON GOLF COURSE WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB AND EV CHARGING!

This is a 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bath expanded floor plan Chalet (approx. 1500 sq. ft.) that sleeps 10 (8 in private bedrooms and 2 on loft). Our home has wifi, it's right on the golf course with an expansive back deck with BBQ, hot tub, table and seating. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over queen bunk and a twin trundle that rolls out from underneath the queen bed, and a full bathroom. There are also laundry facilities, a spacious kitchen, dining room open to a living room with a 60” TV and large vaulted ceilings and windows. Upstairs there is a loft with twin daybed/coach with twin trundle, and a television ready for your game system if you choose to bring one. There is also a Master Bedroom suite on the second floor with a king bed and an on suite bathroom with a spa tub. We also have a 2 car garage with a ping pong table and air hockey table. It's also a great place to store your bikes or other gear.

Driving your electric vehicle? EV charging in the garage will keep you going throughout your entire stay!

Eagle Crest Resort is 7 mins. from Redmond, 20 mins. from Sisters and 20 mins. from Bend. It boasts 300+ days of sunshine a year and annual rainfall of less than 9 inches. It's on 1700 acres of land with 3 golf courses, indoor and outdoor swimming and tennis, racquetball, volleyball, horseshoes, playgrounds, spray park, mini-golf, miles of bike trails, horseback riding, spa, pickle ball, pro-shop, restaurant and cafes. Our home comes with 6 guest passes which allows 6 guests at any one time to use any of the sports and recreation facilities. If more than 6 want to be in a facility all together, additional daily passes can be purchased for $7 per person for an entire day to be used in all of the facilities.
In the local area there is world class rock climbing and hiking at Smith Rock State Park and near by whitewater rafting, water skiing and snow skiing. Nearby there is also the high dessert museum which is very kid friendly and the lava beds. Something for everyone in the family!!!
We are registered with Deschutes County, as required. Our certificate number is 1110. Also, as required, we must pay the 8% transient room tax to the county. You will see this reflected in your quote.

We love the sunshine and the high dessert. This property in only 3 hours from the Portland area, where we reside. There is so much to do in the Bend, Redmond, Sisters area and in Eagle Crest as well. We hope you enjoy exploring this area and all that it has to offer as much as our families do!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the rustic chalet with pine walls, vaulted ceilings with huge views that let in the wonderful Central Oregon sunshine! Our kids love all that Eagle Crest has to offer - swimming, biking, golfing, racket sports, and more!
