This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located in Parrish FL centrally located - short drive to shopping & restaurants. Close to beaches (Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete, Apollo, Longboat, Siesta Key) and 3 major airports - Tampa, St. Pete & Sarasota. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, you will enjoy sipping your morning coffee overlooking the water or evening sunsets out back. The home is fully stocked, linens, towels and kitchen supplies - everything to make your stay feeling right at home.
The community also has a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse to enjoy during your stay. *55+ gated community.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure the keys and the remote are left on the table or counter upon checking out. There is a $25 fee if they are not left. Thank you

55+ gated community on oversized lot, Fully landscaped secluded patio and personal hotub overlooking a beautiful pond where you will enjoy amazing sunsets or sip your morning coffee. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Close to shopping & resturants. 1/2 hr to numerous beachs (St Pete, Apollo, Bradenton, Anna Maria, Long Boat). 10 minutes to expressway and near 3 major airports. Parrish - centrally located.
