The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers to make mornings easy. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this terrific spot offers a cool retreat to unwind. Less than 1 blk to community pool & hot tub. The home is fully stocked, linens, towels and kitchen supplies - everything to make your stay feeling right at home.
We hope you enjoy what our place and Parrish has to offer. Centrally located - short drive to shopping & restaurants. Close to beaches (Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete, Apollo, Longboat, Siesta Key) and 3 major airports - Tampa, St. Pete & Sarasota.
The community also has a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse to enjoy during your stay. *55+ gated community.
**Winter minimum stays are 1-3 month min, depending on time, please inquiry for your stay during that times**
