Fully fenced Holiday Home. Plenty of parking for Boats too. Easy flat walk to the end of your street to the beach also a short walk to shops and an easy drive to the 1770 Boat Ramp.
BBQ and outdoor setting, separate balcony off master ensuite. Spa bath in main bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and linen provided. Airconditioned throughout.

The Space:
Large open plan living area and double lock up garage
4 Bedrooms each airconditioned. 1 King, 1 Queen and 4 king single beds.
If you are planning on fishing during your stay, feel free to use the outdoor fish cleaning area, but please leave this area clean.
The sink is fitted with a scrap trap to prevent drains blocking. This scrap trap must be emptied and carefully cleaned to prevent odours. Fish frames must be frozen until bin day or disposed of at provided bins at the boat ramp.
Please consider the next guests and thoroughly wash down this area down so there are no flies or odours.
A hose with tank water for washing down your vessel and this area is attached to the fence in the back yard.

Walk to beach, cafe's, shops and restaurants. Courtesy Buses are available at some locations. We also have a 1770 Shuttle Service to book with.
