Important House Rules – Please Read

🛑 Septic System Notice
Our property uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything down the toilet — including toilet paper. All waste must be disposed of in the trash bin provided. This helps prevent plumbing issues and ensures a smooth stay.

👥 Guest Policy
Overnight guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.
If you’d like to invite someone to enjoy the amenities during the day, prior approval is required.
There is a $100 fee per additional guest.

🚗 Parking Information
Each booked room includes 2 parking spots. It is the driveway directly in front of the house.
Street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood, so please plan accordingly.
If you are bringing more than two vehicles, please contact us in advance. Additional parking may be possible..

⏰ Late Check-In Notice
If you plan to check in after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
We kindly ask that you enter quietly, out of respect for other guests and neighbors.

🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in all shared/common areas — especially during late-night hours. Thank you for respecting this rule to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone
