Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn thermostat to 75 when AC is on and down to 65 when heat is on
Put trash in the trash can on the side porch next to kitchen
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No firearms Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house unless they are crated. No pets allowed on the furniture and beds.
No dogs allowed upstairs, please use gate provided to block the stairs. Pick up all trash around gazebo and fire pit areas

Great clean and comfortable house. Every amenity you need plus a beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed walking the property and it has beautiful views of the mountains. The owners were great to work with too. We hope to return next year.
