This property was exactly how it was advertised! Newly remodeled, safe neighborhood and great little eatery across the street called The Garden. Highly recommend eating breakfast there! Very cute and spacious apartment and the host was very kind and excellent communication with us. It was perfect for what we needed.

e had an amazing stay here! A great and convenient location, either by bus or picturesque ferry, to Manhatten. Apartment was modern, spotless and excellent value for money, with lots of amenities and restaurants in the area. Host was also extremely responsive and polite. 10/10!Note that to enter the apartment, the lock box is attached to the neighbouring alleyway door, just to the left :-)

Overall good stay for 4 girls coming to a concert at met life. Property is well kept and clean and spacious for the area. Parking was horrible though, only street parking and so many rules. Had to go park at the waterfront garage and either walk or Uber back. Very close to NYC though, easy access via ferry or Uber. Only thing was the smoke detector and carbon monoxide batteries were removed for some reason and when I told host that I was concerned I never heard back so not sure what that was about. Liquor store right near by and garden Cafe had great breakfast right in front. It was a good stay.

We had a great stay at this holiday apartment. The location was very good and convenient for exploring the area. The host was very friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated. Check-in was smooth and easy as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience — we would definitely stay here again.

We didnt have a great experience at this VRBO due to no running water the first 2 days and a toilet that didnt work/flush. The communication was good but not a whole lot of follow through the first day and a half. We will be requesting further help here for a refund. Thank you

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described — you could tell it was well taken care of. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful he was. I had a few Amazon packages delivered to the property, and when they arrived, he kindly arranged for someone to bring them inside my Vrbo unit so they wouldn’t be left outside. It’s those little gestures that really make a difference and show how much he cares about his guests.My friends and I were traveling from all over the country to meet up for this trip, and we all agreed that this was one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Everything felt easy and stress-free — from check-in to checkout. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay!

The apartment is super cute and cozy. Very clean and was just the right size for three women on a girls' trip over 3 days.A few things worth noting: 1) The lock box is not at or near the door. It's actually one of 4 or 5 lock boxes all locked together around the handle of a narrow (green?) door that's on the left side of the building. It took me about 10 minutes to find it, and the lock box isn't labeled, so I had to guess which box went to this apartment. I got lucky on my first try.2) The listing mentions an iron and ironing board, but they were not in the apartment, so check with the host a few days prior to arriving to ensure they're present.3) The listing also mentions towels but no wash cloths. That is accurate, so if you're someone who uses wash cloths be sure to bring one. 4) I would recommend bringing an extra blanket with you. There are two beds and two sofa beds. But only two thick blankets. I slept on one of the sofa beds and was mostly warm, but sometimes I got a little chilly, so I would have appreciated having another blanket available. 5) Parking is a challenge. There is street parking, but it comes with a 2-hour limit, while other parking spots are for residents. I parked overnight at a garage about 6 min away, down by the river, and then walked back to the apartment (about 15-20 min). My stay overall was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean place with nice accessories. Be careful with the cabs from LGA. Quite pricey. We were comfortable walking to the ferry terminal. The steps were a good workout! I didn’t feel the neighborhood was bad, it just wasn’t great. Very noisy. Next time I’d weigh the cost to get back & forth to Manhattan for convenience purposes. It’s only money, right? 😉
