The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, with tree-lined streets and a relaxed Austin feel. What I enjoy most is how quiet and calming it is at home, yet you’re still very close to South Congress and Downtown. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and comfort — close to great restaurants, parks, and local spots, while still feeling like a private retreat.
What makes this property unique
The house itself is beautiful, plus the backyard was truly the star of the show. Between the cowboy pool, fire pit, mini golf green, corn hole, and spacious covered patio, there was something for everyone. All our guests were happy whether they were indoors or outdoors, and the large sliding glass doors made the celebration flow seamlessly between the two spaces.
Beyond the home itself, the neighborhood added to the experience—it’s peaceful, friendly, and close to some of Austin’s best local spots, making it easy for guests to explore and enjoy the area.
