The property was very nice and the heated pool & hot tub were amazing however the house was not functional enough to be rented out, especially to large groups. Property managment initially was professional but there were several issues. The first issue was that the kitchen.oven. It worked but the digital display was broken so I could not see the temperature, time, etc. After contacting management I was told that I could go & rent another property because you all were loosing money by renting to me - very unprofessional. If youre not making any money then remove this property from vrbo.The next issue was the dishwasher, I was told it would be fixed before I arrived (*i have all of the pictures and chat messages), and that was not the case. The dishwasher leaked my entire stay. Next the kitchen was barely functional, there was nothing to store food in if I wanted to cook (*and I did) but I was forced to work around it. This property is beautiful but my stay was sub-par at best. I drove 2 hours from tyler tx to come a d relax after the passing of my father, management was inconsiderate, uncompassionate and tried to make me feel like renting this property to me was a priviledge even though I paid to rent an entire house under the pretense that everything in the house was in good working condition. I did not want to endure any more stress by trying to rent another property since i was there to mourn, relax and rest.
