Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, gazing out from the primary suite’s private deck, or gathering around one of the home’s three wood-burning fireplaces, you’ll find yourself immersed in the tranquility of Cape Porpoise.

Inside, the brand-new kitchen is a chef’s dream, designed for preparing everything from simple lobster rolls to full family feasts. Off the kitchen, the screened-in porch makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with water views. Take a stroll to Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Ultra Mar, Bradbury's Market, Casa 77 or Nunan's. Alternatively, take advantage of the electric bike provided with the property with kids in tow. A quick drive brings you to Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, lined with shops and galleries, or to Goose Rocks Beach, a beloved stretch of sand ideal for swimming, walking, and tidepooling.

The home also provides water access for launching kayaks or paddleboards which can be delivered by local companies.
