Welcome to Double D Lodge, a warm and inviting log cabin retreat nestled beneath tall shade trees in the peaceful Western Hills Harbor neighborhood of Granbury, Texas. Just minutes from the Historic Granbury Square, this home offers a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy time together.

When you arrive, you’ll find a large front yard shaded by mature trees and a charming porch with comfortable seating. The driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles, plus a carport that fits one large vehicle. The home is easy to find and located within a quiet, well-connected neighborhood with smooth roads and easy access to everything Granbury has to offer.

Inside, the living room welcomes you with two cozy sofas, a chair, and a large smart TV—perfect for movie nights. (Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.) To the left of the entryway, a spacious dining area features open shelving, family games, and a table for shared meals. A second dining nook off the kitchen offers seating for four and makes a great spot for breakfast or morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. A smaller refrigerator sits in the kitchen for convenience, while an additional full-size refrigerator in the adjoining laundry area provides extra storage. Guests will also enjoy the dedicated coffee bar, complete with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and complimentary K-Cups, creamers, and sugars. A full washer and dryer are available with starter laundry supplies provided.

Off the laundry area, you’ll find the converted garage game room—a favorite hangout for guests of all ages. It includes epoxy floors, a full-size ping-pong table, air hockey table, a small train table for children, and oscillating fans for added comfort.

All four bedrooms feature queen-size beds, nightstands, and full-size closets. The primary suite offers ample closet space, a television, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, and vanity. The remaining bedrooms are comfortably furnished with soft linens and simple, welcoming décor, creating a restful environment for every guest.

Step outside to the spacious backyard shaded by towering trees. The covered porch includes a porch swing, Weber propane grill, fire pit table, hammock, and plenty of seating for relaxing afternoons or evenings under the stars. Cornhole boards are also provided for a bit of friendly competition.

The home is located in the Western Hills Harbor neighborhood, which offers access to a community boat ramp on Lake Granbury, along with a neighborhood pool and playground. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet only about five minutes from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Granbury’s Historic Square. Guests often visit local favorites like Frog Juice or Vampyre Penguin for a sweet treat during their stay.

Guests will enjoy full privacy during their visit. Our local team is available by message, text, or phone if you need anything at all. We’re happy to share recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities, but we’ll always respect your space and let you enjoy the home at your own pace.

We love welcoming pets, but please review our guidelines before booking. Only one dog is allowed per stay, whether indoors or outdoors, and the pet must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $125 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs must be fully trained and housebroken. An additional $250 cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or odor removal is required. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet during the stay.
