Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unauthorized pets or service animals with no prior notice will result in a minimum charge of $250 plus damages.
No firearms allowed on property except locked in guest's own vehicle.
No fireworks, sparklers, etc. allowed on property.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for a family gathering spot that will be welcoming for all. Older folks have easy access to the main floor, master bedroom and the upper deck. The young ones will have a blast enjoying the downstairs gameroom and access to the water.
