This property is so very unique and immaculate. If you enjoy staying in places with a story behind it, this is the house for you. If you enjoy staying in places that are spacious, well appointed, have excellent amenities, and are a great location...this is the house for you. Some standout aspects of the property include:- garage and plenty of on street parking. If you drive an EV, there is an upgraded EV charger.- hot tub that is clean and very well maintained.- this house is BIG. But sometimes even big houses that were built in the 40's feel small. This house doesn't. - there are little cards scattered throughout that explain some of the historical aspects of the house.- the host is top notch, checks in regularly, and will answer any questions you have. This was one of my favorite VRBOs I've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the charm and character of this home! The three-level layout accommodated our family very well, with plenty of bedrooms, extra sleeping space, and bathrooms on each level. We especially loved having a separate living area downstairs, which gave everyone room to spread out.One thing to note is that the upstairs primary bedroom shares a bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. We had thought it had a private bathroom, which is something we typically look for when booking. This is something that I also could have easily missed in the description. Our only other concern was a very strong persistent musty/mildew-like odor downstairs. If that could be addressed, it would make the space even better. The fireplace made the evenings cozy, the window nook was a favorite, and the small backyard was adorable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. The clean, spacious garage fit both of our midsize SUVs.There were so many thoughtful extras—board games, children’s books, beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and Prom/strand, with an easy walk into town. The host was responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time in Seaside and would definitely recommend this home for families or larger groups!
