Brought to you by Marshall`s Evergreen Escapes, stay in this charming, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a unique turret-inspired design. Perfect for families, it’s just three houses from the beach, steps from the Promenade, and 0.75 miles from downtown Seaside’s shops and restaurants. Enjoy a spacious, cozy interior with modern upgrades and a coastal vibe. Whether exploring the shore or relaxing at home, this retreat offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories.

The primary home quarters include an open concept kitchen/living room with a lofted bunk room with 2nd level ocean-view walk-out elevated deck. There is a queen bed room with a direct connection to a full bathroom which also connects to the living room. There is a hallway that goes to an entire west wing of the home with a second front door, it`s own queen bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Both the west wing and the dining room open up to the back yard which features a hot tub and outdoor dining with mountain views.

Guests have access to the majority of the house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette, but excluding the basement and a non-conforming 4th lofted bedroom.

Loved the location of this house. Clean space and had everything we needed. Hot tub and bbq were great as well as the beach wagon that had some spare beach necessities.

The host was welcoming via messages through the VRBO app and he was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the rental was in a great location. It was close to the beach and to the promenade which made morning walks very nice. The house was big enough and beds were comfortable. The house was clean and organized. We look forward to coming and staying again.

Seaside getaway!

Seaside castle was warm and welcoming! Extremely clean and felt like home! Awesome location as well! Located a block from the beach and minutes from the main boardwalk!

Very welcoming and helpful host, and the house was very clean and well decorated. Adequate space for 4 of us but I’m glad we didn’t have another 2 people with us. There was enough beds for 6 but the bathroom layout would have been trickier. Also I did 4 stars because of little things like not much coffee available, towels were available but not great quality, hot tub was half full upon arrival, and we had to make up the bunk beds before use. Would still stay here again, it was so close to the water and very clean, but not as luxurious as other places.
