This is a beautiful property in a lovely residential area but only a one block walk to Wilshire Blvd. with Whole Foods, drug stores, and other shops close by. There is street parking and there were always multiple spaces available right in front of the property. The rental comes with a residential parking permit. The friendly hosts met us as we arrived even though our flight was delayed and it was late in the evening. The apartment is very clean with a nice kitchen and two modern bathrooms. We stayed here for 8 days and always felt safe going out at night. Thanks KK for making our vacation so easy to enjoy.

Wonderful stay. E!asy acess to eatries, and downtown Santa Monica. Large open floor plan. Quiet area and neighborhood. Geat neighborhood to walk around in. Beautiful homes. We would look to stay there agin while in LA.Thansk for the oppotuniy.

Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!

The place is so spacious and clean. Beautifully located too, close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Goods. Close to many great restaurants as well.Also our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and they responded lighting fast to any messages.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a few nights to play golf at a few of the clubs and could not have been happier with our stay. Very nice hosts, very clean, great location. Will stay again if we are back in town.

This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.

Amazing accommodations

We had a great stay, the place has everything you need and is so close to a variety of things. We were traveling with little ones and found a great playground and it was super easy to go to the market for our essentials. Looking forward to coming back!

Great place

KK and Arthur are fantastic hosts! Very responsive with any questions. Their Rental was very clean and had all of the necessities needed, the home is in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet. We would not hesitate staying there on our next visit.

Lunar new year family gathering

This property was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Easy walk to oceanfront. Safe. Quiet. Spacious for 3 of us. KK was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
