The house is very clean & comfortable and located in a quiet area. Jenna was quick to respond to questions and to have someone come out to handle a minor issue with the freezer. We were in the area for a dance convention (it took up more of the week than we had planned for) so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked. The pool & spa are beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Laura and her family were wonderful guests! They were easy to communicate with, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and well cared for. They made hosting a pleasure, and the entire stay was seamless from booking through checkout. We’d be delighted to welcome Laura and her family back to Mint Chip House anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
