Experience the triad like a local in this BRAND NEW 4-bedroom house.

This is a beautiful property at an affordable price! We designed this cottage with affordability in mind, but we also made sure to not cut any corners. You'll be hard pressed to find anything this nice for this price. It is our goal to provide a brand new, super clean space with just the right amount of frills and a southern charm to make you feel at home, but to also keep it at a reasonable size where you can't afford to NOT stay here!

With 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom upstairs (both with beautiful private bathrooms) and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs, this is a great stop for business travel or families.

This house was just completed in October of 2025 and boasts all the amenities to make your stay complete.

We are in a perfect location to access anywhere in the piedmont triad. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Thomasville, 20 minutes from High Point and Salisbury, and 30 minutes from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or Asheboro.

With beautiful views from each bedroom, you'll find it easy to relax in this rural setting but convenient to great restaurants and the trendy small town downtown vibe that can be found in beautifully re-vitalized downtown Lexington.

We are lifetime Davidson County residents, and we love the area so much we wanted to find a way to share it with others. So, we decided to build our "Cottage on Conrad" on the front corner of our 35-acre farm and we're so excited for you to come visit! We enjoy keeping up with our small farm, hunting, fishing, and gardening right here on our property. Come visit us!

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a rural setting, sitting on 35 acres of beautiful farmland. There is great privacy and where we do see houses around, our neighbors are wonderful! But you mostly won't even know they are there. The "Cottage on Conrad" sits about 250 ft. off the road and then it's another 800 ft. back to our house so there is lots of privacy!

What makes this property unique

This quaint little "Cottage on Conrad" is brand new, clean, quiet, trendy, and comfortable. We believe it's the perfect combination of southern charm combined with contemporary amenities. We also love the fact that we are close to so many great places for activities. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Thomasville, 20 minutes from High Point and Salisbury, and 30 minutes from Greensboro, Winston, or Asheboro. We hope you'll find it the perfect place for you to relax while away from home.
