not very comfortable bedding bed and the curtains let light from the street in. this does have a great clean pool. family games provided were a big hit! not a ton of utensils/kitchen items for a family, so bring extra plastic utensils if you plan on cooking most meals. great central location, however its on a corner lot next to a pretty busy road, so bring sound machines if you are a lighter sleeper bc port a gets lively at night!
