The view from the balcony and the windows was awesome. The place was just as described. We found enough stuff in the kitchen to cook and dine for 8 people. Only downsides are that the loft takes a little longer to cool down and the kitchen sink was wonky. But we had a pleasant stay overall.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! My son especially enjoyed the loft.

Unit is in desperate need of an upgrade. Paint is old and chipped. Windows were very dirty which ruined the "Mountain Views". Living Room furniture was old and needed to be replaced. There is an old corded telephone on wall with a light blinking continuously. Some kitchen cupboard drawers were falling off track. Dishwasher had and odor and needed a cleaning. Fridge door trays were very dirty. Most surprising item was that we sent Justin, with the management company, a video of the kitchen sink faucet that was loose and needed two hands to operate, we never heard back from him, not even when we let him know when we were checking out. We like to think we are easy going people and would just live any one of these issues, but there were just too many to ignore.Having said all this, the area was beautiful. We saw a mother bear with her three cubs just down the street from the condo. The mountains were of course breathtaking. The rivers, and waterfalls made great day trips.Bottom line, we will definitely be back to the Smoky Mountains, just not back to Deer Ridge Mountain Resort

The location is at a great view. But once you are up, you don’t feel to come down because of sharp up curves probably like 10-15 curves. Buy everything you need for eating or drinking before you check in. Buy even coffee and sugar before you climb the hill…This place is not like you check-in and get grocery items. Buy all grocery or medical items. There is Food and city grocery store around 1.5 miles . Buy everything fresh here and then ahead to the destination
