If you plan to leave at the established checkout time (11:00 a.m.), our caretakers will arrive around 10:30 a.m. to receive the keys and assist you with your luggage.
Please call the caretakers when you are ready to check out. They will meet you to collect the keys and help with your luggage.
If you prefer to leave on your own, please leave the keys on the kitchen counter and make sure that all air conditioners and lights are turned off, and the gas stove is completely shut off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
