This was the perfect cabin for us, clean and had just about everything we needed for a nice stay. Close to a lot of shops and attractions. The host responded to me within mins when I needed some info. I highly recommend this place.
We loved it it’s kind of like a duplex property but it’s very private! Nice King sized bed upstairs private bathrooms on every floor. We loved it. The hot tub was not warm when we got there. So you will probably need to turn it on and wait a few hours but it was really fun overall the host was a great communicator.
Great location, host very responsive, nice cabin. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars on everything was beds & pillows were not super comfortable but were adequate. Upstairs roommate said sheets didn't fit mattress. No blind or curtain on 1 living room window & bottom floor room had broken blind so had to hang towels over it for privacy to outside public walkway. Be sure to bring own soap & shampoo & we bought additional TP & Kleenex. Otherwise, all terrific. Loved the arcade machine downstairs.
Everything went very quickly and smooth. Host was available even at a late hour to communicate. The only problem we had was getting an uber to and from locations but that’s not a slight on the property as much as pigeon forge in general. Would definitely stay again!!
Very nice cabin to stay at. Located close to the large metal cross it's in a good location and provides enough privacy. A hot tub on the property is always nice and enjoyable and this one was clean and very hot upon arrival so that was perfect because we didn't have to wait for it to warm up and sometimes you miss out on that first day/night of use. Rooms were clean and spacious. Right off the parkway gives you good access to nice restaurants and I would HIGHLY recommend Sawyers on Wears Valley Rd. for breakfast. Instead of turning right and headed towards the busy parkway you turn left and it's not even a half mile down the road which was super convenient. If you do turn right and head towards the Parkway there is Mel's Diner on the right and if you shoot across the intersection you are at Downtown Flavortown on Teaster Lane which is another restaurant I'd recommend. The cabin also has access to the condo right up the hill and it's pool / fitness room / and game room which consists of a foosball and pingpong table. You will get all of these codes to get in when the host sends you the check in information. Something that surprised me was I never saw a check-out list of requirements and when I messaged the host, he replied "You are on vacation, we'll take care of everything." That was a FIRST for me on vacation besides when staying at a hotel. So 5 stars all around and I'd definitely book this cabin again in the future.
Pleasantly surprised that the bed upstairs was a king. The water never got hot enough though and the outdoor pool was green. The indoor pool was nice and the property was clean and decorated nicely. I wished the front porch had more comfortable seating since we were out there the most. Overall nice place.
The cabin was clean and beautiful! The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. One warning is there are stairs to get to both bedrooms. There is a pull out couch on the main floor. But showers are either up stairs or down. We did really enjoy our stay and if we needed something we contacted the owner and he immediately responded! Everything was within about 7-10 mins drive, so it was a great location!
Convenient location to National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. This is actually a townhome/condominium and located in a community which makes it a little less private. As noted in another review, one bedroom is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, and the other bedroom is down a very steep flight of stairs, so be aware of that for some guests. None of this really impacted our stay, but I think it's good information to have in planning a trip. The Internet information given to us upon check-in was totally incorrect and the owner was not helpful at all in helping us correct this. We did not have any cell service. I'm a technical person so after a lot of system analysis and rebooting routers I found the correct Internet name and contacted the owner and told him what the problem was. I was then given the correct password through a text with no apologies for my inconvenience or frustration. The next day we were greeted by six adults trying to enter the property saying that they had reserved it. I called the owner, but he did not answer upon that problem. We had a nice stay, but in the future, I will probably stay away from VRBO and deal with a better management company.
We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary in the Smokies. The location and convenience of the cabin was spot on. We enjoyed the pool area and the quietness of our stay. The hot tub was a bonus to unwind after busy days. We will definitely be back!
