Your Catalina Island adventure begins at this 5-bedroom 4 bath house. With 2 master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen, 2 twins, and two full beds in a split-room. This superb property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. A short 10 min walk from the ferry and you will be relaxing in this beautiful home. Located just 3 blocks from the beach, shopping and all the amazing restaurants on the boardwalk. Only 3 blocks to the grocery store for any items you might need while on the island.
The home features a large living room with lots of space to gather with friends and family. You will feel right at home as you gather around the built in kitchen table or hangout rooftop to enjoy the mountain and ocean views. Rooftop table has seating for 6 to enjoy a sunset dinner.
The second story deck off the master bedroom offers adirondack chairs to sip and enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine.
Come BBQ or dine in the many amazing restaurants on the island.
This newly remodeled home is now available to rent.
For those with a boat a Mooring is available to reserve if you contact me at least one week before arrival and we can reserve your boat space in the harbor #44. You can relax and enjoy your vacation and not worry about being moved to another mooring each morning.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean the BBQ grill if it was used. Any trash on the decks and patios need to be cleaned up as well, so we don't get birds and rodents.
Gather all used towels and place on bathroom floor for our cleaning crew.
Please clean out leftovers in fridge and empty trash into the bins at the back of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is strictly enforced on the island at 10pm there should be no music or other loud noises or gatherings of people on the decks.

We enjoy fishing, boating and being outdoors. Catalina is the perfect island getaway that is just a quick boat ride away. We love the laid back feel on the island and time just seems to slow down when you are here.

Why they chose this property

We love being in the “flats” of Catalina and being able to walk to everything. The home is just 3 blocks to the boardwalk and 3 blocks to the grocery store.

What makes this property unique

A short walk to everything Catalina has to offer, yet on a quiet street away from the rush of downtown. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on one of the two decks and unwind in your own space. A unique feature to our home in Catalina is the outdoor space to entertain and enjoy in privacy.
