We had an amazing 5-night stay in the Smoky Mountains! The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax, while still being close enough to enjoy all the attractions and activities in the area. The house had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and large outdoor decks, and the kids just loved the game room. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Smoky Mountains. We hope to come back again in the future.

The house was amazing! It had plenty of room for everyone and tons of games and and activities to keep the kids (ages 16 down to 2) busy and happy. Upon arrival there was a tiny issue, a breaker flipped but the owner was super responsive! He sent a maintenance guy right away and the issue was fixed before the rest of our group even arrived. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again

This house was beautifully designed, clean, functional and perfect for our large family gathering. The size of the house gave all 14 of us room to spread out and large spaces to all be together. We enjoyed meals in the dining area and on the decks overlooking the mountains. The huge game room, pool and hot tub provided entertainment for all the ages. We particularly celebrated some high stakes competition on the putting green. This house is better than the pictures. The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. We hiked , rode horses, zip lined, floated down the river and rode the mountain coaster, all within 20 to 30 minutes drive away. Our host was easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions. We noticed a leak at the kitchen sink when we arrived. It was repaired within a few hours with no interruption to our plans. Everyone including the 5 year old , the teenagers, and the adults to the grandparents agreed it was the best trip ever. We plan to return next year.
