We loved the location. Property looks exactly as pictures shown on website. The home is very well kept. Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful view of Sandia Mountains from the backyard. Drive from airport is fifteen minutes or less. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Tina, a great host, was easy to contact and responds in a very timely manner.

Tina is a wonderful hostess who is responsive to any need. The house was clean and there were special touches like make-up remover towelettes in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has under the counter lights that can be raised or dimmed which is a nice touch. The kitchen was well supplied and has some spices which could be used for seasonings. There were plenty of dishes and glasses. The living area has a nice sectional, and a smart TV. The bedrooms are nicely done and the beds are comfortable. There is ample lighting throughout the house. The house has a swamp cooler rather than air conditioning. At first I took off a star for this but because Tina explained the only option she could choose was air conditioning from VRBO, was a wonderful hostess, allows parking in the garage, the extra touches and cleanliness, that we don't often see, with clear instructions on one page I changed it to five stars.The backyard was spacious with a nice grassy area for the grandkids (8 and 6) and a pergola covering with a nice seating area. We didn't use it as it was summer and too hot to be outside most of the day. This would be nice to use most of the year and there's a nice grill out there as well. I highly recommend this property for families and a friends group. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk in. We felt safe there.

The house was exactly how it looks in pictures, clean, roomy, comfortable and a good location. Close to mall and restuarants plus 10-15 min from Airport. The only issue I had while staying was a mouse ran into the kitchen when we opened the door to garage. We got a mouse trap and caught it. In addition, there were roaches outside in the evening right in front of the front door entrance and found one in garage. I do not like rodents or insects. This was the only negative aspect of this home. Other than that my stay was fine and owner responded quickly.
