Great space! Very clean, and more than enough room for the three of us. Bring your own soap/shampoo. Single serve coffee/tea maker was excellent! Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable!

Overall was a nice property to stay at. The house is as described and as pictures represent. However, we were not expecting to arrive and have someone living/staying in a trailer 15 feet from the house, this was very disconcerting and should be stated in the description of the property so that people are aware that this is the case.

Host was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable. We thought it was ideal for accessing the Baileys Trail System. The backyard was peaceful and a perfect setting for morning coffee. Although we wished we had brought camp chairs with us since the outdoor seating wasn’t great.

Everything was top notch. Very clean. Shawn was very responsive to my questions. It was very close to Hocking College which was what I was looking for. And it was the perfect place to hang out for the night.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient to get to Athens. The host was responsive. We would have liked to have more living room seating for hanging out as a group - there was only a small couch that seated three.

One bathroom for 6 people wasn't trouble and was very nice. We enjoyed playing corn hole and having a fire near our back door. I loved the remote location very close to town.The only trouble was at 99 degrees outside we could only get the upstairs bedrooms down to about 74 despite the downstairs was 68 at midnight. To be fair, it was during a horrible heatwave and the owner gave me a break in cost which was more than fair.

Great little spot in a gorgeous outdoor setting with a fire pit out back beside the river. The host was quickly responsive when we messaged him. We appreciated the gas fireplace which kept us toasty. Also, we found some deals at the Rocky Boot Store just a few minutes away. We were in town for a wedding. Driving there from the venue, we used Google Maps and definitely took the scenic route! The second time we used Apple Maps and it took us there on the main highway. So it’s your choice, adventure or convenience; either way it was easy to find.
