We weren’t able to check in until late because housekeeping was still cleaning the room. Even after they left the room wasn’t “clean” fruit was rotting in a cabinet, food smashed on furniture, rugs and left under the beds. The clean linens in closets had food in them, the extra pillows were stained, and no sheets were left for the trundle bed. Vents were removed, and the shower head was broken off and draped over the wall extension. The living room TV remote was broken with no way to change the Chanel so basically unusable. The 2nd bedroom tv powered on but didn’t work at all. Management was notified immediately about all of these things. Housekeeping brought us linen at 11pm. The next NIGHT around 830 maintenance arrived to replace the shower head after I followed up. He tried to fix the TV but said it had to be replaced. (Maintenance would return the next day with a new TV, and a remote for the other TV). I called or messaged daily. The management team NEVER reached out to me! They NEVER showed up, never apologized have yet to attempt to make things right. It’s been a week since we checked out and I’m still waiting for a call from them. Not a good company to work with, they obviously don’t care about their customers or their units.
