Great place for families or folks with pets. Lovely patio, lots of hot water and room. Black out curtains, in one room, means sleep in, even with the open patio windows. In Downtown Camp Verde, has great access to Sedona and Cottonwood. Great value, for Locals, like me, who sold a house and is waiting to move into my new Camp Verde Home. Nice t.v.s and beautiful views, nice A/C unit keeps the place cool all night. Heater for chilly mornings, too. DEF recommend for longer stays.
We rented both units on the property. There was plenty of space for my big group of people. It was clean and host was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Beautiful home but you can tell cats usd to live there. The house still had their urine smell
Pet-Friendly Awesome Host, got me through the scariest nights and day, of my life! I had severe chest/heart pains, so, the first night with my pets, I drove 18 miles to the hospital. In 37 hours, I discovered I have a Broken Heart, a condition caused by physical and emotional strain. I had just moved out of my house, and was living in temporary housing with two big dogs and a semi wild cat. Ridge and my Realtor, helped me feed and walk my dogs, clean the litter, and even the other VRBO Renter, helped feed my pets before I got home by 11am, two day later! As a retired teacher, I am not used to asking for help, but, I had no choice and no family locally. The love and concern, Ridge and friends, my sister, showed the full ten days me and my fur babies stayed at this adorable Science Camp Style little house, helped me heal up. I moved into my new house in Camp Verde now, and I am so glad to have great neighbors and neighborhoods all around me here. It takes a Village for any Soul to survive and thrive in life. Having a Host that truly cared about my life situation, and worked with me to WIN?!? Priceless.
