Very bare-bones, don’t expect many amenities here, but otherwise comfortable.Recommend this if you just need a place to sleep and plan on being out all day / night.Positives: Parking was so easy on the street, and we felt safe in the location. There are so many restaurants in the area, and we walked everywhere and never had to move the car. Very good location. The house is a duplex but we never heard a peep from anyone on either side of us.The outlets were mostly updated and had usb wall outlets for modern chargers. We didn’t use the kitchen at all, but it looked well-supplied to cook.Neutral: there were lots of spiders and cobwebs on the doors, corners, in the shower, etc. doesn’t look like anyone stops by to check on the place too often, and there was a back door and grass area that had a lot of trash and a box spring in the yard. The owner sent how to access the building day-of in a chat after I requested it, no instructions printed once we arrived. This includes check out instructions, which in my experience are usually printed for the guests and posted somewhere. All the furniture had the assembly stickers and clearance tags still on them, giving the place a last-minute thrown together vibe. Cons: The AC didn’t work while we were here, it operated more like a giant fan, but the owner said they’d look into it.
