This property was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Everything was just as shown, the pictures didn’t do justice to it. I recommend this to anyone. It’s also great for fishing off the pier.

Disliked: Location
These newer build units were unique but I prefer an old south architecture. The exterior had a stacked shipping container vibe. Bedrooms on the lowest level and living room and kitchen on the second floor. When the twin beds were pushed together to make a queen size ( requested) the room was too small for two people to function so our friends slept separately for the week. Not what they desired. The views from the 2nd floor balcony lacked water or boats unless turned side ways. It was a “dockside” unit. The only walking option was on the deck of the entire complex around the other units and down to the boat docks. We did enjoy downtown Georgetown daily.

Great place to stay! Very convenient for us to be able to dock our boat where we are staying. Just a short boat ride to Front st, too! Lovely place, ours had a patio with a nice view of the water. The host had excellent communication and was very accommodating. We will be back!
