Very cozy and comfy. Love the retro feel of the place. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. They had board games and books also. They really go above and beyond!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is so cute and the retro decor such fun. It was so nice to be able to come “home” every evening to a hot shower and an AMAZING bed!! I dont know what kind of mattress that is, but I’ve never slept better in a bed that wasn’t my own. The area was nice and quiet, couldn’t hear any traffic noise from the highway. I absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfy place to rest and recharge.

This was a very neat cozy little house. It was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, microwave and an air fryer. The bathroom was clean and well maintained as was the laundry room. The property also has easy access to the main road. We would highly recommend staying at Retro Rest. If we need to book another stay in Mena it would be our first choice.

We loved the retro vibe here! It was clean, the hosts were attentive and friendly, they did a great job of keeping the charm of an older home while still doing some nice updates. The location is a little outside of town which meant it was quiet. It’s also only a few miles away from Queen Wilhelmina State Park, we drove up and had breakfast before we left town.

Clean, cute bungalow with everything you need...games, coffee, extra blankets, and much more. We were there for a trail run, and the house is a perfect distance to trails, restaurants, and and a brewery.Tasha, our host, was quickly responsive and helpful.
