Alpenglow Villa offers the perfect balance of all-season adventure and relaxation. Located in the new Aspen Glade neighborhood in Tamarack Resort, enjoy everything the mountain, meadows, and Lake Cascade has to offer, from skiing, golfing, boating, biking, hiking, and more. The home is situated right next to the Osprey Meadows Golf Course and Pelican Trail, which provides a 1/4 mile traffic-free walk to the Tamarack Marina (not to mention miles of premier hiking/biking trails). You'll also have quick access to the Village at Tamarack and the Tamarack Express chairlift. Built in 2023, this 3,078sqft home is incredibly comfortable and modern with a smart layout for entertaining. Dual primary suites (3 of the bedrooms have king beds), a bonus room, a 2-story great room, wine closet, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace, premium kitchen appliances, and a gorgeous back patio with a hot tub and firepit--Alpenglow's design, storage space, and functionality make it the perfect home for adventurous and rejuvenating getaways. Also just a short 30-minute jaunt to McCall. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.

The laundry room/mud room are just off the garage; includes full-size LG front-load washer/dryer, hooks for coats, a bench, and plenty of space for boots and gear.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, including fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, back patio, attached 2-car garage (parking for 1 vehicle--homeowner parks a personal UTV in one of the garage spaces), + private hot tub.
There are two locked owner closets (one in the hallway off the mudroom, one in the bonus room) as well as a locked mini-fridge in the kitchen.
You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house!

GETTING AROUND TAMARACK

PAPER GOODS
We provide enough paper towels (2 full rolls) and toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) to get your stay started. For larger groups or longer stays, add these to your grocery list—we want you stocked and comfortable.

SECURITY
One exterior security camera is located at the front door, facing the driveway, for property security. No interior cameras.

EV CHARGING
Tamarack Resort has two EV charging stations in the main parking lot near the Village—convenient for Tesla and other electric vehicle owners.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Thanks for understanding.
• • RECOMMENDATIONS • •
• If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.
• It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Donnelly, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Donnelly from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.
• If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
