Charming 2-bedroom condo; incredible lake and hill country views

Experience breathtaking sunrises over Canyon Lake from our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. This condo features two private balconies, a BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, wet bar, and smart TVs. Great for long term stays, wedding travelers, and weekend getaways.

Conveniently located one block away from Lakeside Golf Club (public course) and 1.5 miles away from Comal Park Beach and Boat Ramp 3.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake while deer roam just a few feet away.

The upstairs features an open-concept fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, dining/living area with a Smart TV, and half bathroom. Walk outside to the large balcony and get a beautiful view of the lake and hill country. Balcony also has a bistro table, patio furniture, and propane BBQ.

The downstairs is where you'll find the laundry closet accessible to the guests and two master bedrooms with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and a door to the lower balcony which has a pair of zero-gravity chairs.

This is a quiet condo community with a no party policy. We want you to enjoy your stay but please be respectful of the neighbors and do not play loud music on the outdoor balconies.

We’re happy to host pets! Please note there is a $50 pet cleaning fee. Pets must be house trained and crated when left alone at the condo.
Pets not declared at booking will incur a $150 fee if discovered during the stay.

Park in the attached covered carport. Large enough for two midsize cars.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Canyon Lake VRBO. The views alone are worth booking — peaceful lake vistas by day and stunning sunsets in the evening, with deer regularly wandering through the property. It truly feels like a serene Hill Country retreat.One of our favorite parts was the easy access to nearby trails. We saw deer and foxes almost daily, and even spotted a feral pig/boar once, which made the experience feel adventurous and uniquely Texas.The house itself is thoughtfully designed with a fantastic layout that made it comfortable for relaxing and spreading out. Having two balconies was such a treat — perfect for morning coffee on one and evening unwinding on the other. The amenities were clearly chosen with care, and everything we needed was provided.The internet was strong and reliable, which allowed me to work from home without any issues — a huge bonus if you’re planning a longer stay or mixing business with leisure.Shawn was an excellent host — responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless from booking to checkout.We would absolutely stay here again. I’m so thankful it was pet friendly, because my dog loved it too!
