There was no running Hot water. when we were ready to take a shower it was almost 10pm. I reached out to the host scott. he told me at 10pm i will be there in 20 minutes to fix. I heard nothing for over an hour. At 11:15 pm i reached back out and said I have still not heard from him it's been over an hour a response 10 minutes later from scott said it should be fixed but you have to run the hot water in the sink at the same time you run the shower. We tried this running both at the same time made the water pressure non existent it was a cripple coming out of the shower head the water was luke warm for about two minutes and then turned back to ice cold. The host did not check up to see if it was fixed(probably because he knew it was not fixed.) we left early because imagine going to a hot spring and hiking all day on vacation and then not even being able to come back to your hotel and showering. I will never stay here again. It would have been a better rating if the water worked in the room. or if the host was even a little bit apologetic or accommodating.
