FIRST FLOOR: Open foyer that leads to private garage, powder room, laundry room, living space/entertainment room w bar, pull-out King sofa bed. Access to pool, outdoor dining and pub table, pool lounge area, side yard, grill and hot/cold enclosed shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Main living area and gourmet kitchen leading to a deck that includes a conversation seating area and dining area. Behind the kitchen is the Junior Master suite with a king-size bed and full bathroom.

THIRD FLOOR: Main master suite with walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private deck. Expansive hallway leading to 3 additional bedrooms, 2nd laundry room, and 3rd full bathroom.

Beds are freshly made for you upon arrival. One set of bath towels (set = two bath towels per adult/one per child, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths per person) and one pool towel per registered guest are provided. You are welcome to bring additional but remember there are 2 laundry rooms.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 28 YEARS OLD TO RENT. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO Senior week, proms or large non-family groups. ID will be required. Check in will be in person at the property.

-Security Camera Disclaimer: There are security cameras at the front door, side gate and in front of the garage. There is a security camera in the back yard but it will be turn off and a privacy cover put over the lens. By renting this house you acknowledge the presence of these cameras and it is implied you do not have an issue with them. There are NO camera inside the house

-3-night minimum for off-season rentals; extended Labor Day weekend and extended off-season rental available. The cleaning fee is the same regardless of how many nights are rented.

-The pool is open from mid-April through mid-October.

-Storage: bedrooms that do not have a dresser have bed frames that fit a suitcase underneath, a small dresser inside the closet, and a suitcase stand. Each bathroom has hidden cabinet space in the wall behind the mirrors.

-Hot/Cold private enclosed outdoor shower providing a 4th full-use shower.

-Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer.

-Fully stocked kitchen, including an extensive set of beautiful bar glasses, dishes, coffee mugs, and an array of spices.

-Wifi included. Bring your own passwords to log into any streaming app you subscribe to on the 8 Roku televisions throughout the house.

-Parking: There is one off street spot in front of the house.

-Included Amenities: beds made with included sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, iron, and hair dryer in each bathroom. Blender, toaster, and cooking utensils and fully equipped kitchen. If you are looking for something specific please inquire. We will reply asap.

-Cleaning and Linen Fee – $330 per stay regardless of lenght
This fee covers full professional cleaning after departure, all fresh linens, made beds upon arrival, and bath and beach towels for each guest. Everything is prepared so you can start your vacation the moment you arrive.

-A digital welcome guide will be provided with more details about the house after lease signing.

-Pool Safety Disclaimer: Renters will be asked to sign a swimming pool waiver and verify that all pool safety material was reviewed before check in.

-A Low Speed Vehicle (aka golf cart) will be parked on the grassy fence side that is not for guests use (sorry, our insurance doesn't allow it)

-A lease is required to be signed before payment is made that will be sent by owner
