About this property

3-bedroom 1-story house in Raleigh near NCSU and Centennial Campus. Pet friendly

This ranch home is close to parks, NCSU & Centennial campus, RDU, the NC farmers market and downtown Raleigh. It has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths and a private back patio. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that you are free to use. You can bring your pet but there is a one time charge of $150 per pet.
The space
This 3 bedroom ranch home in a GREAT location. It's upgraded with tile and granite counter tops. It's decorated with a homey feel with a mix of antiques, news things and estate sale finds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and more. I provide coffee, tea, sweeteners, and cream. There is salt & pepper but you bring the rest of the food and spices.

You will have access to the whole home.
Other things to note
There is a mix of college students, young professionals and families in the neighborhood. No parties and quiet from 11 pm to 8am. There is parking for two cars in the driveway but street parking is only allowed on one side of the road.
