Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy the character and cozy vibes we’ve curated for our space.
We live here full-time with our two dogs - Scottie and Bettie. Being a dog friendly home, we do our absolute best to manage and remove the dog hair - aka love glitter - but we cannot guarantee every strand can be removed. Therefore, if you are allergic to pets, this is not the home for you. We do allow our pets on the couch and don’t mind if you do too! However, please keep them off the guest beds.
GENERAL -
You may notice our garden and green house in various stages. All the garden beds and items in the greenhouse are on drip lines so no need to worry about them! Please do not pick veggies or let pets dig in the dirt. The garden beds have barriers, so pets don’t get tempted to jump into them, but please do not leave pets unattended outside. The lawn also has inground sprinklers that go off before 6 am.
Board games are in the black cabinet in the living room.
HOUSE PLANTS-
Enjoy them, but please DO NOT WATER, TRIM, or DAMAGE them in any way.
BEDROOMS -
One queen bedroom with workspace downstairs, one king bedroom upstairs and a full-size pull-out mattress in the living room couch. All thoughtfully put together with luxury linens, phone chargers and bedside lamps, you’re sure to feel right at home in Montana.
***Please note the king bed is a top-of-the-line air mattress by King Koil. Built with new technology, this bed is on the firmer side for maximum support, and it won’t sink while you’re sleeping. It is 20” off the ground too so no crawling in or out of bed each day.
Towels for all guests are in the bedrooms. If going to the river or hot springs, please use the beach towels in the laundry area to bring with you, not the white bath towels.
BATHROOM -
A well-appointed bathroom with all the basics you may need- shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razors and blow dryer. Epsom salts and bath bombs are also available for a bath after a long hike or day on the slopes. Extra toilet paper is under the sink.
KITCHEN -
Though we have several restaurants within minutes of the home - The Sac Bar, Pompei’s Grill, Bridger Brewing, Sawdust and Steel’s in house food truck and pizza, ect. - if you prefer to cook during your stay you’ll love doing so in our fully stocked kitchen. Feel free to use any items in the pantry or spice rack/station. Coffee and tea is also available for guests.
In the pantry you will find small cooler bags hanging, feel free to use them! Ice packs are in the freezer for your use as well.
PETS -
And of course we can't forget about your pups! DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED! Please put pets in the kennel or take them with you when you leave the home. You are responsible for any damage done to the home including furniture caused by your pet. There is a dog bed in the living room as well as upstairs to make sure everyone in your family has a comfy landing spot. We also have a soft sided kennel available. The dog door can be left open as well so your pets can go out and in freely. To close the dog door, slide in the gate from the top. If you want to spoil your pup even more, freeze dried liver treats are in the jar by the front door. Also by the front door you’ll find leashes, doggy bags and other items you might need in the top drawer of the little dresser.
OUTSIDE -
The fully fenced yard can be separated into two sections - front and back. Use the gates on either side of the house to decide how much yard you want your pet to have. It’s helpful to clean up after your pet and throw the bags in the dumpster next to the garage. Pets can also play with any toys in the basket outside. Note these are toys that our dogs, family dogs and guest dogs can and have played with; they are not precious to us and we are not responsible for any issue medical or otherwise caused to your dog by playing with these toys.
The lawn, garden beds and greenhouse are all on timed water supply. Everything gets watered before 6 am so there is no need for guests to do anything. Please do not interact with, pick from or damage the sprinklers, garden or greenhouse in any way.
PARKING -
All street parking in Three Forks is free. There is ample parking in front of the home. Either park alongside the sidewalk or at a diagonal if there are multiple vehicles.
