Perfect location, clean and we'll appointed.

Jim and NormaLynn are gracious and attentive hosts and are always available. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I rented the villa for 5 months and would highly recommend. It is nicely updated and had everything I needed. So close to the beach and legacy trail. I rode my bike everywhere.

Great location, quiet but freindly community

Loved the place, will come back. Great quiet neighborhood, close to shops and I 75. House has everything you need, if something missing owners try to get it.

tompkins nokomis rental miro dr

rented the Tompkins home for the whole season. my wife and I found it to be clean, comfortable and very quiet. but for family duty, we would do it again. marty doris

This is a quiet community that is close to the beach, shopping,restaurants and a State Park.Great neighbors who look out for one another.

What makes this property unique

Courtyard setting in the backyard since the home is on the inside of the circle. Neighbors views are not looking into their neighbors. Property is professional maintained.
