Welcome to our Solara Resort home, perfect for large groups, multiple families, or those desiring plenty of space on their getaway. Sleeps up to 17. The beautiful interior includes both high-end master suites as well as themed kids' rooms. A large game room with arcade consoles, individual console stations, and a pool table is sure to provide entertainment for all ages. Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee and must be requested at least 2 days prior to arrival. Solara resort provides an expansive gym, water park area, and restaurant with spectacular food. Short drive to all parks.

The Host contacted me prior to the trip to inform me if I needed anything to contact them directly. That was a plus to an amazing weekend. I will definitely return.

Amenities were poorly maintained. The arcade games in the game room did not work and was informed the day of arrival that one was broke, but really both were not working. We had to fix the other one and it only partially worked. Smoke alarm batteries were dead and beeping, which I can understand you can’t control that. The heat to the pool and hot tub did not work and there was a cold front so we couldn’t get in as one of the kids is allergic to cold and will break out in hives. The main reason we got this house was for the heated pool and arcade.The heat upstairs did not work and was 62-64 degrees. Make sure you bring washcloths as there were only 3 in the entire house.The ice maker had duct tape on it and was pouring ice out of the bottom. There were several things that needed attention. I did reach out to the host about a partial refund since we couldn’t even use the amenities as promised. I highly recommend renting a different house if you can cancel.

I'm sorry you had such a poor experience Brittney. All of the issues you mentioned have been repaired with the exception of the ice tray simply because I am waiting for the replacement part. I wish I would have been allowed the opportunity to visit and address these issues the day after your arrival, as I offered to you, because many of these issues were relatively simple corrections. I also have updated the listing to clarify that pool heat should be requested prior to arrival to provide sufficient time to heat (particularly in the winter as you experienced).
