Opus 1003 was perfect as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful!!!! The host was easy to get ahold of when the microwave decided to quit and they replaced it the same day. It was a great place to stay and I’m sure we will come back next time we come to Daytona!!!

Amazing beach view from the balcony living room and master bedroom. Clean and beds were very comfortable. Host was very helpful and very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely be staying again

Positives: Overall very roomy and clean condo. Convenience of having putt-putt and dollar general across the street plus many other shops/restaurants nearby. The host was pleasant and very accommodating with any information needed. The bathrooms were not modern the way I prefer but they were still spacious and clean. I would stay in an Opus Condo again.

Absolutely no deception with the images - what you see is what you get. Loved the ocean views, size of unit, and ease of communicating with host. Would definitely rent this property again. We also really liked the activity room with the pool table, hot tub/pool, beach access, and parking. I've been to Daytona 4 years in a row and I wish I would've found this property 4 years ago.

This unit was perfect and the reviews matched it as well. The property is clean, the condo is well taken care of and the location is great. The one thing that stuck out to me was the elevators. This unit is on the 10th floor and my famliy never complained about waiting. The elevators are nice and fast!We plan on staying here again in the near future.

we have stayed in several opus condos so know and love the location. the beach view and proximity can’t be beat! recommend for a relaxing and refreshing week away from home:) manager and owner communications were great from booking to chekout.

Our family of 10 just enjoyed a week at Daytona Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and our host was very good about responding to our questions. Our children and four grandchildren had a wonderful time and loved both the pool and easy access to the beach. This place is in a great location and very family friendly.

Our stay at the condo was one of the nicest times we have had. It was very spacious with all the amenities we needed. The decor was nice & modern. We had plenty of towels & the beds were extremely comfortable. Some small issues were that some areas needed dusting like the lamps, kitchen counters cleaned better & all showers were in need of mold & mildew removal. This did not affect our stay but were things the cleaning staff could have improved on. We had an oceanfront balcony with a corner section including high chairs and a table. This was a great place to watch the sun rise & to sit at any time of the day. The covered reserved parking was a definite plus with extra parking for our other vehicle up top. The master suite was spacious with ample storage & counter space in the bathroom. The other bedrooms had 2 queen beds each with one having an attached bathroom. The third bedroom was directly across the hall from a spacious bathroom. The entry & hall were large & wide for bringing in luggage and groceries. The entire unit was quiet & respectful. The pool & hot tub area was well equipped with very sturdy lounging chairs. The beach was accessed by a ramp instead of stairs which made it easier to walk to & haul tents, chairs & wagons. This condo is one we are definitely considering for next year's vacation. Our host provided everything we needed for our stay in a comfortable, well decorated condo & was very prompt in communicating with us when needed.
