The "kid cave" on the lower level offers a family room complete with board games, ring toss, ping pong and darts. There is one TV on the lower level for family movie night.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No renters under 25, copy of valid ID, no smoking, no parties, $100 cleaning fee per hour after check-out time.
Rental agreement must be signed prior to door code being issued. $500 Security Deposit will be held 2 days prior to check in + released 7 days after
check out. Pets must be pre-approved with $200 pet fee. Security cameras located on exterior of property only.
