Stay in a brand new (built in May 2024) ultra luxury villa spread over 1.250m2 in the very heart of Petitenget and only 1.3km from Potato Head beach club.

Bedding arrangement:
The space is split between the main villa and an ultra-luxe New York style loft. The main villa has 2 king size bedrooms downstairs and a family room upstairs consisting of a bunk bedroom connected to a king size bedroom. The New York style loft has yet another king size bedroom.

In total the villa features 4 king size bedrooms and 1 bunk bedroom and can host up to 8 adults and 2 children.

• The New York style loft with its private sauna and ice bath
• The lighting around the villa – the garden and pool lights literally transform this space at night
• The Koi fish ponds, which greet you at the entrance and encircle the gardens

The New York style loft:
This is a private New York style loft at one end of the infinity pool. It features a living room area, modern kitchen, private bedroom, jacuzzi and ice bath space, walk-in closet and en-suite luxury bathroom.

• Suntan all day by the pool – it cannot get fancier than that!
• Watch your favourite movie in the comfort of your private living room - try not to be distracted by the gorgeous pool view!

Upstairs lounge area:

Bedding arrangement of the main villa:
• Sleepwise, there are two king size bedrooms with smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The bedrooms also feature closet space, AC, ceiling fan and desk space.
• Upstairs there is a family room consisting of a bunk bedroom and an interconnected king size bedroom with smart TV. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom in-between with bathtub and shower.

The spacious lawned area and badminton net:
• The lawns are the ideal space to practice your morning sun salutations - talking to all yoga fanatics here.
• If you are looking for some exercise, there is a badminton net that transforms the area into a badminton court. Ready for some action?
The open space living area with table football:
• Just next to the lawn, there is yet another shaded living room space with table football and an outdoor kitchen
