We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and serene environment and it was just that. Simon was incredibly kind and responsive to our outreach. The house is cozy and comfortable and the property was fun to explore. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay at the farmhouse was awesome. Property was just as described. House was clean and comfortable and communication with the host, Simon, was excellent. The Welcome Binder is filled with very interesting info on the history of the house and property. There were cows and goats on the property and the animals were friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to get out and explore the trails and see the Native American stone cairn. We plan on coming back again if allowed will definitely try to see the trails. If you hunt or shoot firearms there is an outdoor range for use if you contact the owner and get permission. The farmhouse is not too far from town for groceries and such and other points of interest are only a short drive away. If you are looking for a getaway up in north central PA I would definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!
