Peaceful, secluded family vacation cabin near PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro.

VALENTINES DAY WEEKEND STILL AVAILABLE. WELLSBORO HAS EVENTS EVERY WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY. WE HAVE WINTER SPECIAL JAN-APRIL STAY 2 NIGHTS, GET THE 3RD NIGHT FREE. (Discount taken after reserved.) Bear Tracks Cabin is in a peaceful mountain setting. Secluded enough to get away from it all, but within driving distance to activities. Wrap around deck with rocking chairs, picnic table, children's picnic table, chairs and benches. Fire ring with wood provided for campfire. Charcoal grill. Fully furnished. Full kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups. All you need to bring is your food. Full bathroom with shower, towels provided. Sleeps 8 - bedroom with queen size bed, bedroom with 4 twin beds, Reclining sofa and reclining loveseat, TV room with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Bed linens supplied and beds made for arrival. Ceiling fans throughout. Electric heat and gas fireplace. 2 TV's with DVD players. Plenty of family movies and games. No cable and No Wifi but great place to disconnect. ATV's welcome. Non-smoking, no pets allowed. Beautiful Fall Foliage. Walk the mile loop, you may see deer, porcupine, wild turkeys, quail and maybe even a bear. Great stargazing, on a clear night you can see a million stars!!! Grocery store, pharmacy, pizza place and mini market 20 minutes down the mountain. Past that is Walmart, fast food, and family restaurants. Only 40 minute drive to Wellsboro and PA Grand Canyon. 30 minutes away is Hills Creek State Park and Tioga-Hammond Lake, both have swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, picnic area. 40 minutes North is Corning Museum of Glass, and Watkins Glen State Park for walking through waterfall area. All make great day trips and then come back to the peacefulness of the mountain. Open year round. Winter Special - January through April - stay 2 nights, get the 3rd night free.

We had a great one night stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and warm, and the cabin was stocked with almost everything needed. We didn’t use the outdoor grill they have provided, but loved making s’mores in the fire pit. The hosts provided thorough instructions, and made everything super easy to navigate to the cabin, and the surrounding areas. It is also not too far from Wellsboro, and the PA Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had such a womdeful time . Loved the no tv and wifi so we could disconnect from all of that . The cabin was absolutely adorable and cozy ! I enjoyed that the kitchen was stocked well . It made cooking our meals a breeze . We will definitely stay again !

Had a great time - great place to get away from it all yet have activities close by if you want to get out and do things - Corning, Williamsport, Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and many others. Mansfield close by for good food and Williamsport has some great restaurants. Hope to stay again soon!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Bear Track’s Cabin. It was a quaint get away with a comfortable homey feel. The fire pit seemed to make s'mores taste even better.

Terrific cabin

The cabin was lovely. It had a really nice kitchen and seating area, plus separate tv room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The area is beautiful. We really enjoyed the gorgeous fall colors.

We are K and E Cabin Rentals, LLC. We are made up of two couples and our nephew. We bought this cabin together to share our love of nature with our guests and to use as a family vacation spot.

Why they chose this property

We bought the land in 2007 and had the cabin shell built. Then we finished the inside of the cabin ourselves. After alot of hard work, we then had the fun of decorating the cabin in bear decorations. In May 2009 we opened for our first guests. We enjoy talking with our guests as we take their reservations, share our experiences from the mountain and love to get pictures and read what our guests share in our Guestbook. We named the cabin Bear Tracks Cabin because when we bought the land, we saw bear tracks on the property. Many guests have seen the bears pass through and in July 2013 we were visited by a bear while at the cabin. Our website has pictures of our bear visits. We all love nature and wildlife and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains, the beauty of the PA Grand Canyon, and fishing on the lakes. We have had alot of family and friend vacations at the cabin, and our guests comment how they love just getting away from everything and spending good quality family time. Alot of memories have been made at Bear Tracks Cabin.

What makes this property unique

We chose this mountain area because it is very peaceful. Every cabin on the mountain has at least 3-5 acres so when you are at the cabin it is very secluded. We are close enough to drive to the PA Grand Canyon and other activities and restaurants, and then can come back to the peacefulness of the mountain.
