** PLEASE NOTE: This complex is undergoing construction improvements over the winter of 2026 -- balcony access and views may be partially or completely blocked. Outdoor pool is affected by overhead workers and may not be available. Indoor pool / lazy river are both open.

This condo offers a 55 inch TV in the living room, dining room and a remodeled kitchenette, adjoining in the open space. The main bedroom offers a King size bed and a private ensuite, with remodeled walk-in tiled shower, for your relaxing pleasure. Two Queen size beds are available in the second bedroom with a TV, with full bathroom from hallway access.

After a long day at the beach, hangout by the oceanfront swimming pool or just chill at the resort's pool deck. If relaxing is all you want to do, try a good soak in the hot tub. When you need a break from the summer sun, you can still enjoy water activities in the indoor swimming pool, lazy river, or indoor hot tub. Year-round fun!!!! Jump and splash til your heart is content. Seaside Resort also offers an on-site gym for all your fitness needs. If you are an early riser, breakfast is waiting for you and your family at the 6th floor Resort Cafe. (Sat/Sun only 7a-10a, Prices Vary). There are ice and vending machines on 2 floors (8th & 10th).

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.
Note: Sea Side building will start renovating the balconies in November, 2025. This may limit access to the balcony and have repair people working from the outside.

Best views of the beach!!

We wished we could have stayed a little longer. We had 5 glorious days of peace and rest. The amenities were wonderful and the beach was so near, you could hear the waves crashing. Everything to include restaurants, shopping and entertainment were just a few streets away. Planning for another stay very soon.

Nice Place...Great Location

The 12th floor is great. Terrific view. Bonus flights by Pelicans and other birds right at eye level. We only used the king bedroom. Excellent bed. Storage is good. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Everything you will need. This building has very efficient elevators. Great location. Getting to Main Street is between 5 and 10 minutes. Excellent Beach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For most of our stay only one elevator was working. One day neither were working. My wife is handicapped and this was a great inconvenience for us. One day the building had no running water. The parking was awful. The spaces were too small and turning corners was very narrow. There are a lot rules you must follow that we feel were a bit much. We will not be returning and feel we should be compensated for all the inconveniences we experienced during our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Luckily we stayed here in May when it was still below 80 degrees. We usually like to have the thermostat around 68 or so and the book of all the rules says not to go below 72 degrees or you may freeze up the AC, which you will then have to pay the repair bill. If anything is lost there’s a fee for that also. The fan in the master doesn’t move any air to cool the room. If you just need a fan for the noise it’s the fan for you. We went to the store and bought a fan for my son’s room I guess we should have bought two. There’s only two chairs on the balcony. The pools and hot tubs were great and it was probably the best stocked kitchen supplies we’ve had in a condo. The lighting in the master bathroom was not very bright so if you like to apply makeup good luck. The light in the shower sometimes comes on but often does not. Light bulbs were left in a drawer for you to replace but we couldn’t figure out how to get to it so we just put up with it. Finally the book of rules has to be returned to the rental office with everything they gave you or there’s a fine, then it takes 2 weeks to get your $300 check back in case you broke something or did not leave it the way it says. I’m ok with following rules but I think everyone should know about the AC rules and all the other things before booking this condo.

Also, Owners Direct was so great to work with and the lady in the office is the sweetest! We will for sure stay again! Thanks for a great week!

They allocated a section over the bureau to hang clothes leaving dresses and pants wrinkled. The bedrooms were stuffy, no windows, no ventilation. We had fans going on all night to stir the air. The kitchenette was small, very small with a small sink. The living room had a cheap small couch yet a comfortable chair. On the good side was as things broke down and small ants appeared in the bedroom, Owners Direct was responsive. Help was on the way almost immediately, sometimes within the hour!Seaside Resort staff were also terrific - supportive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! We needed an indoor pool option and it was super nice, everything was clean & well kept. Pool towels were provided (less for me to pack). The breakfast was amazing & the staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed. Our unit was clean and just what we needed. We would definitely stay again at Seaside!

Extremely clean. Furniture is visually pleasing, but not comfortable. Very small appliances that worked well. Master shower has no water pressure, but the other bath does. Perfect summer getaway

We stayed the first week of August.The rental office was prompt in sending communications and answering questions when booking online. Check-in office is conveniently located close to the resort and provided after-hours check-in. Seaside Resort itself is located in a central part of N. Myrtle Beach, close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, golfing and fun activities. Upon arrival we discovered the parking garage is conveniently located within the lower levels of the building, however it is tight! On the positive, we never had to search for a space. There are 2 elevators and at times could be a bit of a wait. As it was a busy vacationing week, it wasn’t awful. We stayed in #1205. The unit was spotless and just as shown in the photos. It’s an open floor plan with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed and then some. The modern sofa was surprisingly comfortable for lounging. The master bedroom has a chest of drawers in the closet so not a lot of storage space there. I read some reviews stating the bed was uncomfortable but we slept fine on it, however it is very firm. Bonus that linens are included at no additional cost. As the bedrooms are windowless, be aware you might sleep in. We woke up the first morning thinking it was middle of the night. Lol! Another bonus, there was a tower fan for us fan sleepers. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. Water pressure was decent and lots a of hot water. The other bedroom has two queen beds that are not as firm as the master’s. Larger closet space and a dresser provided ample storage. The stacked washer/ dryer was much appreciated through out the week. The condo was quiet. You could hear doors closing in other units and occasionally foot steps from floor above, but never loud. The balcony provides 2 chairs, but the view was my favorite thing of all. The bonus of N. Myrtle is the amount of beach space. Early morning can be tight, but as the tides change the beach becomes a spacious oasis, even being next to a public entrance you have room to spread out. Located just down the beach are several parasailing businesses, so you get to see people boating and parasailing through out the day. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and towels provided. All in all, it’s a great location and we were very pleased with our stay in Seaside #1205.

Bike fest

Overall good. But it was bike fest and there was no parking in building as promised. There was loud partying in front of building. At the price I paid I should not have to strip my own linens and remove my garbage.

Had to pick up keys, binder etc from closet. That was inconvenient but easy. Arrived at the unit and yes all furnishing were as picture but they were very worn. Scratches and nicks are ok but a couch that was so dirty that I had to put a blanket on it is not acceptable. Steam clean it! The place was generally dirty. Floors our shoes stuck to, I washed them immediately. Bathroom mats might have been cleaned but they were so old and worn you couldn't tell.Monday when office is open I had to go again to sign papers etc. Told them our concerns and they sent people over to clean again. We arrived back to a wet mop in the hallway and a brand new broom (with no dust pan)and all the dirt swept into a corner in the kitchen. No better. My complaint is you pay $300 for cleaning and it's not clean! Also they take the $300 deposit right off your credit card and give the refund by mailing a cheque to you after you check out. First cheque they sent bank refused to deposit because of improper date. So another week later (now 3 weeks after check out) I got our refund. I would not use this company again and I wonder if the owners of these units are aware of the quality of service they are getting. Ocean view was fantastic. Layout of unit was good. We paid $1,300 +++ a week in March. I my opinion this was a $800/ week unit. Can't give an opinion on the pools etc never used them.

Loved the location of this condo. The pools were nice. The unit itself was nice but needs some refreshing, a deep clean and new mattresses. We actually left a day early because my back couldn't take one more night on the mattress.

The Clean and generally well maintained, with adequate amenities, and main office staff for the building was very courteous and responsive. The location was good, and was close to many of the area’s attractions, stores, and restaurants. We did encounter an issue with the condo, once we checked in and settled into the unit on Saturday. A high degree of moisture was present from the start, most noticeably in the sofa and on the floors; the sofa was not comfortable to sit on, and the floor was slick, due to the moisture. The moisture problem was resolved by the property manager by Tuesday, after bringing in a dehumidifier. I can provide more detail by email, if necessary.
