There are 5 flat screen TVs in this condo - 1 per bedroom and 1 in the living room, plus, FREE WiFi.

The condo includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble tile backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances (2025), deep farm sink and refinished cabinets. The living room boasts new paint, lazy boy sectional couch, and 55” curved smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Your reservation will include fresh bed and bath linens, so just bring your pool and beach towels.

The bathrooms have been customized with new counter tops, showers, and paint throughout. All the bedrooms have also been painted and furnished with stylish new bedding. The main bathroom is granite throughout, with a jetted tub & separate shower & double vanity sinks. There are 2 other full bathrooms with glass door walk-in showers. Additional bedding arrangements provides 2 Kings (main bedroom and secondary bedroom), 3 Queens in other bedrooms.

Updated & equipped, the kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, pots & pans, Kuerig coffee maker & everything you'll need for cooking and serving fantastic family meals w/ an oceanfront view. Granite counter tops, full sized appliances, and washer/ dryer round out the kitchen area and offer convenience for a large group.

Outdoor amenities include a large lazy river, partially covered outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, large sun deck, lounging area & direct ocean access. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. Four large "Green Egg" cookers are available for grilling a pool-side family dinner.
